Thank you for your purchase with us at Jen Noelle Beauty LLC. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. All sales are FINAL. Please keep in mind that our products will have different results for each individual. We do not guarantee a specific outcome.
We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay and ApplePay.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. Jen Noelle Beauty is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact info@shopjennoellebeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item received.
At Jen Noelle Beauty we recommend storing your products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shipping policy:
Free shipping on all orders. All items will be shipped within 2 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm EST. Products will arrive within 5-8 days after they are shipped. Due to COVID-19, some packages may experience some delays. Thank you in advance for your patience.
